Hello to mobile store iam writing this review for you guys.i bought virgin buzz phone for my dad from you and iam so happy with your customer service.it is of american standards.iam a client relationship executive myself and I know what good customer service is you guys fulfilled all my expectations.first, i ordered the phone online and the process is so easy.no shipping charges I was charged.when I called cust service to confirm order the lady was so good and spoke good english.the product arrived within 72 hours and I received 2-3 calls confirming delivery which is excellent.mobile received was in excellent condition and I have gifted it to my dad.it was sealed packed.very good mobile store you guys rock! I just bought a samsung e2152 also from sec 14 gurgaon mobile store at lower price than mrp and what a product it is.love you mobile store.higly recommended store for mobile and electronics.kudos to the CEO AND STAFF
