So, today I went to watch The Martian in the morning at 11.25 A.M. I was expecting the theater to be nearly vacant but to my surprise I found the theater was almost full. The movie started directly on Mars which looked in a remote location in USA. The scenes behind reminded me of Microsoft windows themes which I still found quite fascinating. Matt Damon plays the lead role of "The Martian" as being the only one left behind by his crew due to an unexpected storm throwing him away.
As he wakes up into this lone planet he starts to build his life knowing he is very short of food supply, oxygen etc. Later on he some how manages to use his expertise to find and getting a communication machine back to work. He then communicates back to NASA and NASA relays the communication to his lost crew members who then again come back for his rescue from space. Matt launches his shuttle in the space and gets rescued.Whats good to watch is this movie is realistic and doesn't have to much of a fascination or illogical imagination. Whats boring is they forgot to add some more variety or some more funny elements or scenes, or adventures. Matt tries his best to keep the crowds from dozing off by his small and funny anecdotes. In the end good for a one time watch movie.
