The Lobby Lounge: The Ritz Carlton in Residency Road, Bangalore is a place that is known for its hi-tea and since there are very few places that are masters of hi-tea, this is definitely a place that is worth checking out. They also have amazing accompaniments to go with it. They have a mustard color interiors and is really pretty.
All of their teas and coffees are brewed to perfection. Their jasmine tea is mouthwatering and their chamomile tea is also fantastic. Their ceylong souchong is splendid and their dombagastalawa estate tea is also good. Their coffee is great and will make you fall in love with it.
They have outstanding pistachio éclairs is heavenly. Their babganoush wraps are divine. Their smoked salmon is also wonderful and will give you foodgasms. Their raspberry macaroons will make you feel like you have been transported to food wonderland and their mille feuille is also marvelous. Their chutney sandwich is amazing and you can gorge on it to the fullest.
Their scones are also to die for and their chocolate tarts are bliss and their red velvet bites are also great. Their thin crust pizzas are great and so are their sandwiches. Their madeleines that come at the end are also really tasty.
The service staff is friendly, but they lack attention to detail. Their quantity looks less, but it is filling. It will cost you INR 2000 for two people.
