We bought a Maruti Celerio from Kothari wheels last year. We booked the car in Jan 2015 and got the delivery only on 17th April 2015. We had booked celerio in the exchange offer and when the valuations were to be done, they valued our existing car at a very low price. On top of that, the staff was in-courteous and not up to date with documents requirements.
They wanted us to go to them every time with one or the other document. The person assigned to us even lost our passport size photograph twice and expected us to give him the same third time on a working day at their office.
Are they there to serve and support customers or to harass them?
