My account in the same bank for 5 years. A few days ago, due to some issue, there was a wrong upi - transfer from union bank to kalyan janta bank. One of my friend try to transer money to my account but by mistake money transfered to another account. My and wrong account no. man's branch was the same. I immediately went to the branch, gave all the proof and email also from the home branch of Union Bank of Indian, still nothing happened from kalyan janata bank.
When union bank of india ask this bank to provide email id for response they people don't even know what email id is.
Poor behavior from staff also
Kalyan janata bank Malang road Branch. In this branch the staff do not know about the process also and not respond properly.
I have all the proof of conversation with both the bank .
