I couldn't think of a better title for this movie. The Jungle Book was made by Disney in 1967 and was instantly dubbed as classic. There were a lot of contributors why this movie is still one of the most loved cartoon (Animated) movies of all time.
Let me begin with the Music of Jungle Book which is like ''Nursery Rhymes'' to some people, from the ''Bear Necessities ...'' to King Louis (King of the Apes) song, it's just delightful. The standard of Animation considering the fact that the movie is almost 37 years old, is incredible.
Although the original story was written by Rudyard Kipling, the way characters were portrayed on the screen, it couldn't get any better, be it the Naughty and Curious Mowgli (Boy or Man-Cub), Overprotecting Bagheera (Panther), Lively Baloo (Bear), Disciplining Col. Haathi (Elephant), Vicious Kaa (Python) and the Evil Sher Khan (Tiger), it was Animated to perfection.
I remember collecting Jungle Book stickers from the caps of a famous soft drink of the 70s and 80s called ''Gold Spot'' when I was younger and I can only wonder where the heck did I miss those. Well I guess I compensated it by having the License Place of my car as ''Mowgly'' which is actually free publicity for Disney :-)
This is a movie every kid should watch while growing up, if you missed it, you can watch it now, it's for everybody.
Here's my last take on the movie, No matter How many ''Nemo'' or ''Simba'', ''Woody'', ''Boo'' embrace the movie world, Mowgly and Baloo have their own special place like no on else.
Later folks.
