Worst travel company and cheater. Review on The Flower Of Holiday, Noida

Recently we have completed tour of 7 days and six night for Guwahati, Shilong, Cherapunji with travel agency "The flower of Holiday"

The Agency cheated us, according to the contract and itinerary provided by tour agency package charges for 10 person was 1, 80, 000/- ( Including six-night hotel stay, breakfast and dinner, and AC Tempo traveler for transportation) + GST charges applicable as per rules. They demanded 18% GST amounting to Rs.44553/- before confirming hotel booking, We paid the said amount of Rs44553/- against GST but the agency had not given any invoice for GST.

After that agency demanded Extra 30k for cab booking giving reason of Rate Hike at the last moment.

Even we paid for that too. Initially, we are going to book a flight tickets that time sales person says I will book, you will get Rs1000 discount per person, We trust on that person and transfer 100% amount of the flight tickets. Nor they given discount but charged 18% GST on that amount.

When we reached Guwahati Airport we got non-airconditioner old Tempo traveler with dirty cushion, rushtesd flouring having holes at the bottom near our seats. Height of Harrasment is the driver's behaviour of the cab. He was unknown to the route and the spots of visiting.

One thing appreciated he was a good skillful driver.

He said he had not received any instructions or itinerary from travel agency.

Here Agency cheated us.

They charged for air-conditioned Bus and provided non-airconditioned bus.

Hotel Rooms provided were not luxurious as they mentioned in their itinerary.

At Guwahati hotel stay they had not booked MAP plan. We already paid dinner charges .

So we have to pay extra charges for two days' dinner.

This is one more cheating Agency had done with us.

Apart from this Agency staff talked very rudely, low-level standard language used for replying our phone calls, which increases our blood pressure and mental stress, we all are senior citizens retired from one of the reputed Central Government undertaking company.

This was very much Painful, Stressful Situation for us and we suffered a lot.

We hope no one should suffer again like this, that's why we request you not to go with The Flower Of Holiday It is Delhi base company that was not ready to tell her local address to visit.

Now we are going to file Case of Cheating and Mental Harrasment in Consumer Court against the worst company The Flower Of Holiday
