Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Thai Airways. My experience with this airline was very bad.
Last year I was going Thailand for the holidays with my family. I was very excited because me and my family was traveling first time in this foriegn airline. When I was entire in flight. I see the cleanliness of flight was good but there was less space in seats so, we doesn't seated on the seat comfortably even we were also problem to sleeping.because the flight was very long so, in all the way we were uncomfortable in the flight. when I was calling to flight staff. But she doesn't solve my problem and she said to manage them on that seat.
The staff was also language problem because they speak Thai and we doesn't understand the language. The staff was vary poor and inconvenient.
The also was very irresponsible. I feel vomiting so, I want to take some medicine for that I was calling to staff to giving me medicine I was giving her ring for calling 2-3 times but no body was come. after 15-20 minutes the staff was come and solve my problem. There was no value of punctuality.
When I was checking in the counter of airport the staff was told to unpacking my luggage. They told me that if I wouldn't want to unpacked ur luggage u want to gives 2000Rs. So, I was giving him 2000 RS for this. It was too disgusting. They were making money on the name of checking.
I was not happy to travelling on the Thai airways. Not satisfied for it's services. overall too much disaster airways. I was not suggested to anyone and I will give it 1 out of 5.
