Terrace Nation : just stay away from it. Review on Terrace Nation, Koramangala, Bangalore

I'd like to share my personal opinion about the restaurant. Went there for Valentine's day dinner with my Valentine but they spoiled it. After hearing lot of praise from a friend, called them to book a particular table near fountain on terrace in advance. They didn't even asked for my contact number but I gave them.

Now the saga begins :

Reached there and the guy who did the booking was missing there. Not much of tables were occupied but the table which I asked them to book was already occupied, no issues till that time.Ordered Pina Colada , Hot and Sour soup and Pudina kabab for starters.

Pina Colada what I had previously in some other restaurants was an amazing mocktail, here I ordered a cocktail instead keeping in mind the same taste with Bacardi. When order arrived that coktail tasted like anything. It was nothing more than a Pineapple juice with some coconut flavor, and instead of bacardi, I'm sure they added Old Monk or similar.

Then arrived the much awaited soup and starters. Pudina Kabab didn't have any taste of pudina in it and when we started with hot and sour soup, we couldn't stop water coming out of our eyes and nose. It was so horrible and spicy, felt like the cook has added it twice.

But I didn't want to destroy the mood of my Valentine so I continued otherwise I would have left the place. the ambience with a nice terrace bound me there. Suddenly I noticed bunch of cigarette butts under my table, hats off to their cleanliness and ambience.

Then thought of having something different in Main Course. Already fearful of their spices we ordered chiniese chopseuy after confirming from the staff that it won't be much spicy. And what we received was a damn-shit, it was containing boiled vegetables with no spices only salt and white sauce. It was really very bad, I never had such a chopseuy in my life.

Waiter served a part of it and rest he kept at the table. After tasting it we were planning to leave and have food somewhere else and suddenly that waiter came and emptied the serving bowl in both the plates without even asking. Being frustrated by their food and behavior, I just asked them to clean the table, they brought the bills without even bringing the finger bowls, when I asked them they said Sorry Sir...

We Forgot :)..such a nice reply. Again when I asked for sugar coated saunf or some mouth freshner...they again said Sorry Sir... We Forgot :)..and what they brought in end was plain saunf. Finally I gave my credit card to them to get it billed..after a few minutes they came and said Sir your card is not working.

I did so many purchases in the same day with that card and that was not working for them......gave them Debit Card...they said we don't entertain Debit cards..and finally luckily I had cash, paid the cash and asked them for a feedback form....hey didn't have that also..so thought of writing a review and saving people like me who are keen on trying new restaurants everytime searching on net.
