Horrible interview process. Review on Teleperformance India

Horrible interview process.I applied for Sr. Manager Position.Starting from HR till the last round, the so-called VP, all were all unprofessional.HR executive was coordinating for Sr. Manager quality position.Ideally, HR manager or TL should coordinate for the Senior Manager position.Then the so-called director level named Rajan was acting smart asking me six sigma scripted questions and he sounded like zero in six sigman knowledge.Then came so called Sasha. the actual name Saswati Roy.Started taking my interview in bengali accent.then I was put on hold for 1 month or more.which Teleperformance is famous for .I got this feedback from the working staff and now I have experienced it.then after 1 months or more.after repeated follow up from my side with no result.ultimately I was told that I dont fit some of their requirements.Damn Joke! ha ha ha!.I am black belt sig sigma and they wanted Green blet.I was already working in Sr. Manager-Quality position for last 4 yrs.I had more than what they needed.it can never be a mismatch.even I was ready to come to same salary thinking I am working in small brand and TP is a big brand.but I was proved wrong.they dont even share JD before interview.no punctuality of interview timimg .consultancy(forgot the name.Probably ECC or something like that) are all unprofessional.they all fake in the name of the interview.company will take your interview and put u on hold and then look for cheaper salary candidate.and will give a fake excuse for your erejection one day.wasting your time.Please dont waste time for this poor company
