I have no comments about bike! This is my experience at Teknik motors, Sarjapura Road. I made a purchase of Classic 500 Chrome worth 2.08 L! The worst ever sales representatives I have seen are in Teknik Motors. Guess all gondas are recruited as representatives here in Sarajpura Junction, Teknik motors. Just because it's RE they make their targets come true! One representative named Raju, guess that is not his full name! Worst ever sales representative I have ever seen till date! I own Yamaha R15, Volkswagen car, Honda car and bike, Suzuki, Mahindra Scorpio etc.! Even while you buy a 50k worth product, people treat you better. This guy wouldn't even answer your queries, make you wait and will never pick calls too!
No where I have seen a showroom manager like PRAKASH! That guy is a worthless manager who is always on call, speaking to his old girlfriends I guess! He'll just ignore even if customers stand in front of him and wait for him for hours. Customer is a dog to this b*d. King until money is paid! If money is paid, useless Prakash will never even turn towards a customer! I made full cash payment, so absolutely no hurdles at all. I wonder how RE choose them as their dealers. WTeknik motors is one of the worst of all times! Will suggest all those I know to Never ever step into them! This is the most unsatisfactory purchase ever made, only because
they had the bike ready! Guys like Prakash and Raju, can only survive in RE, just because it is RE! They need no marketing.
Kindly take their on priority, most of my friends too have faced the same at this showroom. Maintain your brand standards even during Sales and Post Sales! Eagerly waiting to stand up against this Teknik motors, legally with proofs!
