Pathetic Fun Frustration Irritators
Hi All,
This is Ravi Degala writing about Tejaswi Auto Mobile service center and their service Quality, Going to be a big story but I request all read it and be cautious before giving a vehicle for service to these guys.
We generally service our vehicle in our native place Khammam, But after 2services we start receiving calls from Tejaswi service center and asked us to experience their service once. Received such calls many times so finally we took a very BAD PATHETIC decision which is agreed to give a vehicle for service in Tejaswi motors. This one bad decision ruined/made our time and vehicle condition.
I was the person who drives our car and before giving the vehicle for service I never observed that vehicle pulling towards left, After these guys test drive they told us that vehicle is pulling towards left(which we never felt).
So we asked them to fix it if it is an obvious problem. Another thing we asked them to check for mileage as we are getting 11/12KMPL in city drive and 17/18KMPL in highway(as the specification says TIAGO can give up to 23KMPL in highways).
As we are getting 17/18KMPL we asked them to check it(Which is another very BAD decision taken by us to check it, Reason will be known in below points).
Servicing completed by evening they gave us back the vehicle and my brother was there in the service center to collect the vehicle, Based on his experience he gave a rating as 8 for which they called so many times like more than 25times and asked for rating 10. We told them that not satisfied with the service so rated as 8, Also we started seeing the problem of pulling left(which we never observed before servicing) which they said fixed in the service.
And here comes the biggest concern as we told our vehicle gives a mileage of 12/13KMPL in city and 17/18KMPL in the highway before service, But after service here are the magic pathetic numbers as follows CITY-8.5/9 and HIGHWAY-12/13.
Considering all these we rated them as 8 for which they called so many times and asked us to visit them for Free General service and car wash as a complimentary to make us happy.
So when I went for these free general service, I told them the problems of mileage and pulling left which were happening after their service. For which they asked me for the mileage test.
Here starts the fun and wonder:
1.They asked me to fill the fuel for tank full(one service person came with me for the test), For which the service center person shook vehicle as there will be AIR in the pipes so they follow this procedure. As an end user I don't know this AIR and all so I told ok follow your procedure.
2.Then we went up to RGIA airport toll plaza and came back(which is 49Kms journey up and down) to same petrol where we did full tank, Then TATA service told me that how much Fuel gets filled now is what is consumed for 49Kms.
3.Started filling the petrol which took just 950ML, Which means my vehicle is giving 49KMPL for 950ML. Which is automobile industry mileage.
4.So after coming back to the service center from petrol bunk which is 5kms distance, I spoke to the manager and said that my vehicle is giving 49KMPL.
6.Then he asked me to go for a mileage test again this time he sent two persons with me for the test.
5.As already said in point#4 we traveled from petrol bunk to the service center which is 5kms and went back to petrol bunk so my vehicle traveled a total of 10/11kms after the point#3 full tank.
6.So they did a full tank again by shaking the vehicle so much such that it took 6Liters of petrol. I was shocked as we traveled max 11Kms but it vehicle took 6Liters to full the tank which is annoying.
7.We started the ride again to RGIA airport plaza and came back to same petrol bunk(distance is 49KMS to and from).
8.When the service person open the cap of the petrol tank FUEL starting came out almost a liter petrol as spell out from tank as there is no space to fill the fuel in the tank.
9.Which means after traveling for 49KMS also there is no space, then the service manager asked to come to the service center and told me that there is some gas is getting formed which resulted in mileage problem.
Here come my questions:
1.If there is some problem with gas formation what these guys when I gave the vehicle for servicing?
2.Why did these guys realise this now?
3.What if myself didn't check the mileage and not given the compliant, the problem will be there for life long as these guys won't test anything in next service as well?
So, after all, I gave them the vehicle for fuel gas formation check.
To be clear on Fuel wastage.
Before giving them the vehicle and from my last tank full condition which is done at point#6 of fun and wonders menu:
1.Traveled 49KMS of ring road drive which is along with their service people.
2.Then from petrol bunk to the service center which is 5Kms, this after seeing fuel spill out from the tank.
3.Then service center to MNR college near JNTU Vinod grouds which is hardly 9Kms.
4.Then JNTU Vinod grounds to BeeramGuda which is around 20Kms.
5.Then from BeeramGuda to JNTU Vinod grounds another 20KMS.
6.Then JNTU Vinod grounds to Nizampet Sri Chaitanaya college which is 4KMS.
7.Then from Nizampet Sri Chaitanaya college to the service center which is 14KMS.
8.So the total distance traveled is 121KMS, Ok for the sake of service center guys let us consider it as 150KMS.
After submitting the vehicle to them, They told me that there is some pipe is jammed resulted in this problem, As an end user I am not so sure gas formation and pipe jam are related.
Then after a Day time they called and asked us to come to the service center for mileage test.
1.Asked us to full the tank.
2.As an end user I expected it will take 700rs to full the tank as I traveled 121Kms, But surprisingly it took 1800rs petrol to full it. Where I again shocked and blank-faced as I didn't understand where my fuel is gone.
3.They told me that you might have traveled that is the reason it showing as half tank. But before giving the vehicle for checking I checked the petrol bar where I saw only last bar is empty.
4.But they were saying it is half tank only, God only knows where that fuel went
Now comes the new problems after the second checkup:
1.Pickup is very bad in 2nd and 3rd gears.
2.These guys didn't set my vehicle back seat properly one side it is high and one side it is low in height for which I need to visit them again so need to waster another 2hr's of time.
3.Didn't check mileage yet once if I do that not sure what surprise I will get.
So again I need to go to them to get seat fixed which is pathetic, As we depend more on time than money in Hyderabad. But these guys are wasting my time.
I suggest not to consider this service center for your future services even I myself also will not go to them.
Once I go to home town in this month, I will give for service again as I was not at all satisfied with these guys service and not sure what problems were hidden.
Sorry for such a long review but this is my personal experience with Tejaswi motors.
