I had booked deep kitchen cleaning from Techsquadteam. They never provided any confirmation or the identity of the people who would come and clean it till the day of service.
The time given was 9am but nobody was bothered that till 11:30 the cleaning people did not arrive.
After they arrived, they started throwing tantrums for 45 min on what would they clean and what they would not.
They do not have trained professionals but the road side people to clean who are not trained and started cleaning in the reverse order.
They were reluctant in cleaning the greased walls, which is what is the truth of any kitchen and which is why I had hired the services.
Every minute we had to check, otherwise they were skipping spots and just used soap and wiped the walls and even the tiles.
I will never ever take services from techsquad and would suggest no one to take service from them.
They were not interested in cleaning but just arguing. I had booked for deep cleaning but they didnt even reach the shallow cleaning standards.
They didnt even clean the tools used for cleaning. No water used, only soap with soap marks everywhere.
Pathetic. should never trust their services.
I had to clean the kitchen again after they left.
