Currently Techno India Group are continuing many businesses like Engineering college, electric power station, arranging competitive exam center . I have experienced on competitive exam for 2 times . 1st time while I attempted Gate 2014, 2nd time IBPS RRB . Both time I exam centre was on Sec-V, Salt Lake branch . My both experiences not too good .
Inside the building there have no more space . Corridor, room are narrow .
During Gate 2014 exam, authority of the institute provide us a room to keep our bag . Although it was not safe . 2nd time they don't provide any room . We have keep our bag outside the room with own risk . Many competitor carry valuable things like Mobile, Book . So, if Techno India authority provide a safe room where competitor keep their bag, it will more helpful for us .
On 2nd time exam i.e IBPS RRB they provide only two list of exam hall . As many students appear in the exam, there happened much gathering . So, only two list not enough . They should provide 4 list like as TCS .
When I had tried to find my room number, I noticed that room number which marked in the door is not properly match with list . Although, there have one security guard who helped me to find the proper room .
After entering the room, one exam guard told me the System number . But, that was also not matched properly which number marked with the computer . I was just confused . Then exam guard sir, helped me to find the computer .
The provide a small desk& chair . That was not comfortable . Computer was also small size . As the desk was very small . During exam Aadhaar Card of a competitor who next to me came in my desk again& again with friction sound . That was disturbed me too much . My concentration was broke again& again .
Now I am telling another worst service which I experienced during IBPS RRB . While I registering on IBPS RRB exam, I paid 606/- . As per rules, exam center should provide uncounted rough page . Before starting the exam, guard sir gave me only two pages . I knew that two pages were not enough . I requested him, please give more two page or atleast more one page . But he said after completing that two page they will provide more page . But, during exam, if I request for page first of all it will loss of time as in this type of exam value of just 1 second is high . Secondly, it will brake my concentration . Anyway, he didn't gave more two pages . During exam, I had asked him for more pages .
Another bad experience was, quality of computer& it's peripherals was not good . Mouse( left click) was not worked properly . As a result, many time when I clicked to choose a option it's not worked . I needed to click again& again to choose a single option . That was losses my valuable time .
So, my request to Techno Group please provide good quality computer, try to provide large size desk like as TCS . Also order to exam guard, for provide minimum 4 pages before start the exam . Because, we competitor already paid enough money for exam& pages . It's my right to get enough pages before exam as per my expectation . They should provide proper service to all competitor . So, please improve your total service to serve better .
