I work with Technip from last 2.5 years in Piping Dept.
Salary:-Technip Payout in Mumbai are very well if we compare from other compititor MNC company from 2012 as they got new projects
Benifits:- well I worked as Consultant( Self Employee) there so no benefit fro me but I must say about Employee they have so many benefit like Leaves, Perks, Bonus, etc.
Job Security:- As we know about Oil & Gas price are in bottom now so Job security are very Low
Career Growth:- Technip leading top 5 employer world wild in Oil & Gas Stream
Work Environment are good but so much pressure
CEO:- Technip CEO interact with webinar at least twice in a Year
