My cousin is working for this company and he always use to give me negative feedback regarding his salary and benefits, they generally they make lots of trouble in distribution of income.
in discussion of job security less opportunities are available.
quit hard to grow your career inside the organization and individual have to face many problems to develop himself.
working environment is not so cool, rude nature of seniors can be seen and juniors are not satisfied.
all in all his COE working and decision making is acceptable but not effective.
