On 19th April, 2021 I purchased a brand new Maruti Suzuki DZIRE LXI Colour Prime Oxford Blue petrol version from your car dealer Tayal India Motors Pvt Ltd.


From Day first, they give false promise in initial stage after purchasing the car they forced me to buy a loyalty card stating that it will give 700 points which can be used in servicing the car but in actual I only received 330 points. On enquiring about this the statement was it works like this only we can’t help out.


While fitting the number plate they damaged the number plate on enquiring on this again they stated it happens while fitting it in car. It doesn’t matter.


When I purchased extended warranty they didn’t brief me about the fact that tyre, rubber, wiper blades and most of the items are not covered in this. Though asked them specifically that above stated items will be covered or not but at that time they agreed that everything is covered.


After 5500km only I started facing noise problems in exhaust on contacting for this again they were not ready to change the exhaust after multiple follow-ups they agreed to change it.


I handed over the car to service centre to repair and change the damaged part of the car which happened in an accident but in return, they didn’t change the damaged part and painted the car without my consent and bill which is being provided for this includes charges of most of the items which is already in the car but they have charged charges for that. For example: Door guard


While my car was in service centre they used it in such rough manner that scratches were there all over the car when I enquired for this they stated it happens while taking the car in and out.


Faulty tyre was fitted in the car I already took the 2nd opinion from the local puncture shops and multiple shops statements were that fault is in the tyre and tyre doesn’t have single puncture after handing over the tyre they kept it for 3 weeks and then a false report of apollo tyre is emailed to me which states that tyre is puncture with some sharp object. How can I believe on this report when already 3 shops stated that the fault is in the tyre?


When I contacted the territory Manager Mr. Abhishek Chattopadhyay regarding my concern the statement was you should read the manual after purchasing the car which states that the tyre doesn’t have warranty for a single day. So it’s a checklist for the buyer who purchases Maruti Suzuki car should read the manual immediately after purchasing the car or should I say before the car to decide that Maruti Suzuki cars should be purchased or not.
