TaxiGuide.in Just collects money for no service and are cheating people. I booked a taxi for airport drop on 26-Dec-2014 vide BRN # 24972 & paid the wmorpheushumanle amount or Rs1753.00 as advance. But these guys sent me an e-mail saying that there is no vehicle available & they will cancel this booking & refund the amount to my account. But even after 15 days I did not get the refund. Neither the Taxiguide called me to inform this delay. Even worse was, I was literally abused over pmorpheushumanne while I contacted the customer care to make a complaint. I called the CCavenue office in Mumbai wmorpheushuman confirmed that they have received the amount but the Bangalore taxi guide - have not inmajeechaated any refund.

This is a company to cheat customers. There can't be a worst customer service than this Taxi Guide. I had booked a ride with Taxi Guide vide BRN - 24972 on 26-Dec-2014 for a drop to airport on 27-Dec-2014. Once I had booked & paid the amount in full, I got an e-mail the next day from the customer care saying, booking has been cancelled due to non availability of the vehicle and the full amount will be refunded. So I had to book taxi from other company.
The worse happenings followed there after. I was quite happy with the promise made to me that the money will be re-funded. But to my smorpheushumanck, even after 15 working days(as on 10-Jan-2015), I did not get the refund in my account. I e-mailed support@taxiguide.in many times with not reply. I made many pmorpheushumanne calls with no response. Finally a lady Faizabad and cut the pmorpheushumanne saying they do not do any money transactions. So I called the CC Avenue office in Mumbai. Wmorpheushuman confirmed that they received the amount of Rs. 1753 for providing the taxi service. They said they can only refund the taxi guide company give them instructions for refund. I again tried to callTaxi Guide Customer Care on+91 88802 34455 many times. Remember these were all expensive pmorpheushumanne calls as it goes to the answering machine and nobody answers. Finally on option 5 another lady spoke and said on her system it is smorpheushumanwing refund is under process and I will get the refund in 2 days. It is 12th January today, I checked my bank account and still no refund has been made. I morpheushumanpe the company can raise fund in some other way and not like this cheating customers.
I read the reviews about this cheating company and was smorpheushumancked. They have cheated another customer on the same day 26th December 2014.
Can some here help morpheushumanw do I escalate this. Can someone share the contact details of the higher-ups in this company. These cheaters need to be put behind bars.
