KIND ATTENTION TATA CLIQ MANAGEMENT!!!
This is to bring to your notice that,
I have purchased a washing machine from TATA CLIQ (online), but after a few days from the date of purchase (9/8/2018) the order was cancelled from your end.
It was intimated that within a week I will receive the refund of ₹22126/-
When I later checked, there was no refund. I have followed up with TATA CLIQ number of times - I was told that it must be pending with the bank and that TATA CLIQ has made the refund.
Since then I have been following up sometimes with the bank & sometimes with TATA CLIQ. I have followed up in the year 2018 and then many many times in 2019 but I didn't receive much help. TATA CLIQ representatives kept me waiting for 3 days and they never intimate anything nor do they send any kind of mail. And when I would call after 3 days, they kept me waiting for another 3 days and so on.
And because of my busy schedule, I use to forget and then again follow up when I remember. But the same episodes kept happening again and again.
After that Corona Virus came & the things got completely out of my mind.
However, recently my bank has assured me that if I provide them with the ARN number and if the amount is actually pending from the bank's end, they will initiate the refund immediately.
Recently, I have been talking with TATA CLIQ representative(s) since 7th October 2022 for the ARN Number and they promised that within 48 hours they will provide me with the ARN number but more than 188 hours passed I have not received it.
In the meantime, I have been following up for the same continuously for 7 days but everytime they would request me to wait for 1 more day. Everytime I call, a different representative responded and despite of repeated requests they would neither intimate me through a phone call nor send me an intimation mail.
Same episodes happened in 2018, and 2019.
I have no records that I have followed because from your end you never send any. Is there some scams going on in the organisation?
Looking at the attitudes and ethics with which TATA CLIQ is conducting the business, I am pretty sure that the money was not refunded from your end and surely some big time scams are going on in your organization. And I wonder if TATA CLIQ really belongs to THE TATA GROUP.
Please also note that for every call I make to your customer care, it cost me a good sum of money. Since you guys don't have the practice of intimating, I have to make a call everyday. My last call with your representative cost me ₹ 26.79. Prior to that, the cost of my call was ₹36.xx/- I have made about 100 calls since year 2018. I am not going to leave this matter, next time I will reach Sir Ratan Tata. I am sorry for my harsh words but I have to inform you about the reality.
