I thought of encouraging indian brands. But sadly, TataCliq is a fraud site. They took my order for Voltas 1.2 ton AC and just a day before the delivery, cancelled it stating "Out of Stock". I cant reorder elsewhere as my refund will take 7 working days, and until then my funds are locked in my credit card. Now my money is held with them for over 10 days now. They are bluffing, as the product is never taken off from their website and still is available, but the price increased by Rs.500.
Customer support is pathetic as the purposefully mute their mic while they talk stating network issues and dont even bother to call back.
Dont buy anything from TATACliQ. Order from Amazon or Flipkart even if the price is little higher.
