I had ordered for Lenovo Tab M10 TB-X605L(10.1 inch, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB, Wi-Fi Only). Processor1.8 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Octa Core Processor, on 13/03/2020
Whereas item received model is TB-X505F, 2GB RAM+32GB, Processor Qaulcom Snapdragon 429 .
Item received is of lower specifications, ( received on 17/03/2020).
So I requested for return, but they rejected my return request, despite return policy and their own fault for dispatching incorrect item.
Further, they had notified on their app that as discount of 15% shall be provided on first purchase, but I got only 2% discount( Sell price Rs 9999/-, but I got discount of only RS 200/- instead of Rs 1500).
It appears that Tatacliq.com is a fraud company, selling wrong product, offering fake discounts, to trap and fool naive customers .
So my advice is please beware of frauds committed by the Tatacliq.com
