My order Id  101178545 and ordered it on 10th oct, 2017. I have made online payment. That's the mistake that I have done. It was supposed to be delivered between 14th -16th oct, 2017 but today is 23rd oct, 2017. I have not recieved my order and not even any update on that after 17th oct. On 17th oct I have recieved a mail saying delivery is delayed due to festive season. Even I can understand it at max 2 days delay is accepted. wy don't they understand that even I have purchased it for the same reason as being a festive season and diwali festival I wanted to get a new thing and surprise my family with this. Instead I should I have purchased it in flipkart or amazon or any other e-commerse site. They are trust worthy and deliver it before the mentioned time always.


I have called customer care they said will update in 24hours. No response.


I have read many reviews post my order, else I would never purchase here. Biggest mistake choosing TataCliq.


Now I'm scared that they would not even deliver my product nor refund the amount.


I even read many posts saying they give fake products, defective products. Now I literarly feel bad for choosing Tatacliq.


I'm left with less hope that they would deliver atleast the original product in 2days as per customer care review the product is at the courier center of my place which is near to my home.


If they give the good product then I would surely come back and give my feedback else if I recieve a defective one or fake product or creating any kind of problem at the end or cancelling my order at this point, I would surely raise a complaint against tatacliq for this.


now I understood why Tatacliq is not so famous e-commerce like others.

After 5 calls, 3 mails, 2 live chat with TataCliq customer care, Finally my product was delivered on 29th oct, 2017. i.e. after 19 days of me placing the order. As soon as I received the product I called customer care for installation. They said that it is still not reflecting in their system that it is delivered. I called them after 4 hours again. they said the same reason. I said I do agree It might take 1 day to get the update and reflect in the system but side-by-side they can raise my request for installation. They agreed to it and raised an request and said it will take 3 days to process the request and then we will receive a call from service person and then they would come and do the installation. but i'm not sure how much time that service person would take to come and do the installation . As it is mentioned that exchange/return can be done in 7days of delivery, I have already crossed 2days. So far no call from service provider. Not sure when will they come. If the AC is defect free then well and good and will be happy that finally I received my product . If it has some manufacture defect then I would be another headache. Let's hope for the best.


Installation service is also chargeable. I can even do the installation from the staff nearby my place but the customer care person has said that if it gets damaged by some reason then they will not take the responsibility of the product and will not agree for return and exchange. So I'm left with no other option but to wait for them to server.


Let me wait for couple more days and see whether they would serve on-time atleast this time or will start working only after doing many escalations.


Will keep updating on this.
