I had ordered Panasonic mixer grinder through Order#101463913 . The ordered product was MX-AC300S-H which is supposed to be all 3 steel Jar mixer Grinder but I was supplied with MX-AC300-H with one plastic Jar .
When contacted them immediately, They asked me to wait for 24 hours and raise return request . When I tried to initiate return request it comes out with a message stating that return not possible in your city/location return yourself by courier . For metro city like Bangalore if they don't have the return arrangement and that too for the wrong product they had supplied then which city they can serve?
I had also sent the pictures of the wrong product which was supplied through e-mail and tried to Chat with them but there is no solution.
I have enclosed screen shot of order and picture of supplied product for proof.
Please be aware that you will harassed if you need to raise alarm about any issue with the product supplied by them. The web site says easy returns but not so and it is clearly an unethical business practice.
