I had put in a new connection in the month of June’20 and when the new connection was supposed to be insatlled I started getting calls from all the dealers early in the morning. One of the executive visited me for the installation along with an amazon fire stick which I never asked for, however he had a different story to tell that the subscription to binge and stick is free for next 3 months.
When I recharged my tata sky for the month of July’20 they very smartly deducted the amount for the binge and stick after which I tried calling tata sky customer support and as usual I was never connected so I thot of using the chat option. When I chatted with an executive she said she can only drop the binge services but can not help me with the fire stick return for that I will have to get in touch with the so called other team for which I agreed and again found a new executive on a chat window wherein he promised me that he will arrange a call back the very next day but as was expected I did not receive any call or any communication from tata sky.
Now here I am trying to figure out that when I was a prospective customer people from tata sky were after my life to get there product installed at my place but once I became their customer no one bothers to check if the customer is satisfied with the service or not.
My Subscriber Id is 1377137920 and hope now someone would have the courtesy to cal me and resolve my issue.
