2 weeks back, A representative(Rajesh(Mobile number 8309517478) came to my apartment and was begging and forcing like anything to switch my broadband connection to Tatasky. He used all the sugar coated words to convince that any issues will be resolved in 2 hours and there will not be any issue with the connectivity bla bla bla.
The biggest mistake I did is trust him. Even after googling through the bad reviews, One of neighbors who is using the same brand suggested it is good. So trusting in Tata, I accepted to change the connection as it was cheaper too.
Rajesh was continuously calling me for collecting all the documents, photos for the new connection. At the end of the day, they asked me to pay advance for the connection and sent me a link. I paid 500.
2 days passed Nothing happened. I called the installation guy alloted to me, He told sir there is cable issue in your area, It will be done tomorrow. I waited for another 2 days. Nothing happened.
I called Rajesh. The way he behaved bumped up my frustration to the core. He never attended my call and continuously he cuts the call. I tried from my mobile number, my another mobile no. and from whatsapp. He purposefully cuts the call again.
2 weeks passed. I went to my office. Called this guy from my office landline. Now he picksup and tells sir am not responsible for that area sir. Dont call me again. He didnt even had the curtesy to call me back and tell wat happened.
I have a huge respect for Tata brand. But because of the cheap behavior of such representatives I have lost the trust I had on them. I lost my 500. I called tata sky customer care. One of the guys told he will raise refund for the amount. But still now I didn't get any refund.
Please never trust Tata sky.
