D They master in adherence to the manual script. Each person from the customer care or call centre repeats the same . MINDLESSLY. They don't listen to you or to what you are saying .they just have to read it. If ever there is an award for this mindless application by a customer
I lodged a complaint(N8Q9TM3) on 5th March . No Signal at home. I was told Engg will visit next day by 10:30 hrs. No one comes till 16:00 hrs. So practically full Sunday is wasted waiting for Mr Engg. of the esteemed Tatasky! I called at 16:30 hrs on Sunday and I requested TataSky to send the Engg on 7th March. I was told that the Engg will come at 10:30 hrs . From 12:00 hrs I have made four calls and every time I am told that give us 30 minutes to check and revert. And that within one hour it will be attended to.
By the way, you can never speak to anyone beyond Supervisor. Team Leaders and above are always busy . They will put you on hold forever . I have even waited for 15 minutes listening to their stupid advertisement . And even that is repeatitive.
Another day wasted! Disaster!
