If DTH then Only Tata Sky. Review on Tata Play

I am back with my review and this time I will share my review of Tata Sky. I am a very old customer of Tata Sky. I think I took Tata sky in year 2010/2011 and my subscriber id is – 1100260254

Tata Sky tagline is – “Isko Laga Dala To Life Jinga La La”

They provide actually awesome service as they represent in their tagline. Using Tata Sky is like real life Jinga la la.

Services:

I remember when I took Tata Sky connection some offer of Tata sky was going on so I visited its official website and sent an SMS to the mentioned number. Within a couple of hours, I got a call from Tata sky customer care and the lady of call center provided me all relevant information of dish its benefits, its installation details and overall package price. It was so impressive that I confirmed the order, and provided the necessary information for myself and money was deducted online IVR option from my credit card. Next day one the mechanic called and he was at my doorstep for Tata sky dish installation. In few minutes dish was attached to the terrace and they provide 15meter wire free and in case if more wire is needed 10 rupees per meter is charged.

Clarity:

Picture quality provided is awesome with clear sounds. My friend has Videocon dth and when I compared the same channels and its quality with Tata sky channels, I found that Tata Sky clarity is superb as compared to other provider dth dishes.

For many years I am using Dhamaal mix pack with add-ons channel Marathi and Hindi. Support of Tata sky is quick. They provide chat option with customer care which we can connect within 5 to 10 minutes as per queue status. Our problem with recharges, the channel is solved quickly. They also provide few numbers for quick service.

Other Things:

I remember in 2013 I had to go out of station due to family reasons for 3 months and I was not going to stay in home. I chatted with customer care of Tata Sky and told them that I will not be available for 3 months and I want to terminate the account. They simply guided me not to worry and when I will be back after 3 months I just need to call or chat with any one of them and they will again On the connection with charge of 10/-. I don’t remember how much I paid, but I think it was very least amount I paid and started the connection.
