I was I fan of Tatasky and always had a felling that it is the best Service provider and last year we changed from cable to Tatasky which costed nearly Rs. 2500 . We paid him(guy who came to setup tatasky) for wires and everything was sattled . But now I came to know the reality of Tatasky The charge High prices for the basic channels and they dont even gives free channels to watch when recharge is over. I think the spend their money on advertisement and charges more money from the customers which is not good. my Box is HD but their is no Difference between HD channel and normal Channel(my Tv Supports HD) . I don't reccomend you tatasky go with other options hope jio will launch their DTH services soon then there will be more competion .
Their service and support is not good if you want to add or drop a channel from the list the will tae more tie and add new channel but they don't remove channel unless you make many calls to them .
