I have been using SUN DTH and has recently 6 months back has purchased TATA SKY HD after buying new HDTV, the monthly subscription charges for HD channels is less and has excellent picture quality.
The best thing I have noticed is that during the course of usage I shifted the house and has placed a request for re-installation through their customer care, and in 2 hours the technician has come to my house and uninstalled it from the old location and re-installed it in new location.
For which the amount was deducted directly from my online TATA account that too Rs 150 only. Whereas in my previous exp with SUN I had to pay Rs 1000 for such a procedure that also by a third party instructed by one of their distributor.
So I confidently recommend anyone to go for it.In my experience I have only noticed Godrej service requests are usually attended in 5 mins i.e if you place a complaint you are sure to receive a call back from technician within 5 mins.
And once I have heard from my friend that his Chevrolet Beat complaint has received a technical engineer call back on call waiting while he was still on the complaint call.
