Pathetic service being provided by Tata Sky.
Recently shifted from Ghaziabad to Delhi.
Raised request to relocate my connection on 25th march 2015(SR2503151323351). This request was closed very same day without any resolution.
Raised another request on 05th April 2015(SR0504151335497). This request was also closed without any action.
From 31st March 2015 to 06th April 2015, I gave a call to Tata Sky Customer Care every single day where I used to get same reply - "Sir, we'll make sure that your request is resolved with in the day. You'll get a call from Technician within 24 hrs." .
Escalated the same to so called Senior Department in Customer Care where Mr. Anil and Mr. Salim talked to me on different occasions. They also repeated the same: "Sir, we have marked your request on Priority and it'll be resolved within 24 hrs."
Finally, I raised a request to Tata Sky to close my connection(1-38179449935). Surprisingly, still they never called to attend my request.
Till now, I've not received any response / call from Tata Sky team.
THAT's the PERFECT EXAMPLE OF PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
