Would just like to ask Tata Sky a simple question. In recent times you may have some goddamn payment issues with Sony and all of it' s channels have been turned off-air whereas most of those channels are quite popular in Indian households. If such is the condition then why do you expect your subscribers to remain with you still?
I mean we all had been paying for having those channels and when those channels gone off air shouldn' t have you thought about reducing your pack rates? You have kept the base pack rates the same though you know very well that the consumers are not getting to view the whole lot of channels.
Either solve the matter with Sony or reduce your package rates in proportioned with those blank channels.
Apart from this no matter how good is your picture quality or sound quality these aspects are just valueless.
