I have been using Tata Sky(ID #1068902400) since last 6 years and have never faced any problem. Yes Initially there was some issues but never had to fight or argue with any of the customer service people for getting any of the technical or non-technical issues resolved.
Picture and Sound Quality: I using two television sets i.e. dual connection of Tata Sky and trust me, the picture quality is superb including the sound, at times during cloudy sky and rains it would not work and this is same with any other dish based connection.
Service and Support: I would like to take 3 instances where in I faced problem -
a) multiple times when my kids used to watch paid movies my balance would go low and during the due date I would have left with very less amount for the services to stay on. I would call them and request them to give me credit for a day( earlier there was an automatic payments going out of my account each month on the due date) which they would happily do it. Thanks a lot
b) My remote broke and I called in for support and within 24 hours it was replaced and the amount was charged to my account. Excellent service
c) When I shifted my house, they just charged a nominal amount for re-installation and it was also responded within 24 hours. Keep it up team
Value for money: Yes, definitely, since last 6 years, I would say, the services are value for Money. I have recommended my family, friends and relatives, they all are using TATA SKY
Keep it TATA SKY, I have no complaints.
