Shifting made from New Mumbai (Kharghar) to Ghaziabad.

Siraj whose both contact numbers are: 8286683301, 9768131399 contacted me first when I put a query on sulekha.com. He is very nice in talking to get a contract while making the quotation but once the advance money is given, he starts playing his tricks.
He first tells that we have to increase some amount as his job will get into problem but when I told him that his company can get into problem as I will put a review mentioning this then he told that no sir I don't want to give any problem to my company.
Our Agreement:
Amount given: Rs 40, 000 which consisted of packing, moving, unpacking and insurance of goods worth Rs 2 lacs. 75% amount was to be given in advance and 25% after delivery. A separate container was booked and we agreed that only those goods will be transferred to Ghaziabad without unloading that stuff in between the whole trip and without loading any other person's stuff.
Date of Packing: 23 November. The stuff was to be delivered on 27 November.
Type of Packing:
While packing, first they reached the house with very less packing material.When they started packing, they were very unprofessional and started packing in a pathetic manner.So, I had to raise voice and told them again n again to pack in a proper way.
The packing material was very less and was finished twice while packaging, so they have to go twice to bring the material.They didn't have any vehicle that time to travel to get the packing material, so they used my bike.
While transfer of the stuff: As I stated that we agreed on a separate container on which my stuff will be loaded and not the stuff of any other person, stuff was not to be unloaded in between the trip. But the truck was unloaded at Belapur and 2 other person's stuff was loaded on the same truck.
At the time of delivery:
On 27th I was waiting for my stuff as expected to be delivered on that day to my home, but I got a call from Sidhar that u have to transfer the remaining amount as the tire of the truck exploded so they have to change the tire before delivering.
When I asked him that we agreed on 25% after delivery as I have given 75% already in advance then he denied to deliver and threatened me that your stuff will be unloaded at their godown and will be delivered only when they will receive rest of the amount in their bank account.
So, I have to deposit the rest of the amount in his bank account then I got a second call from the truck driver that we haven't got any money for unloading so you have to pay more. I talked to Sidhar but he also told me that I have to give extra money for unloading.So I given extra bucks to the driver while unloading to arrange the people for unloading the stuff.
While unpacking:
We found some damages which are as follows:
(1)My Pulsar headlight was broken.
(2)My centre table woodwork was completely damaged.
(3)My wall clock was broken.
(4)2 Sets of crockery were broken.
(5)1 carton of stuff was missing.
I contacted Sidhar regarding this as I had a contract which was consisting of Rs 2 lacs goods insurance but he didn't took any action and stopped picking up my call. I tried from different mobile numbers but he picked up the call and when I started then acted that he can't listen my voice and never picked my call from the same number again.
So, I have just written this review to alert everyone who will come across this packers and movers. Please be alert and try to not waste your money on fake packers and movers like this.
A completely fraud and bullshit packers and movers where customer can get into many type of problems. If it would have been possible, I would have given It 0/5.
