I never had any problem with Tata photon +. Have been using it for last 24 months. The customer service is reliable and actually customer centric. Connect in one go and network connectivity is the best.
One drawback is-as I wanted to change my connection plan, the corporate customer care number given to me do not work. For corporate connection, you are not able to change the plan once you take a particular corporate plan.
If you want a data card connection, I definitely recommend it to everyone.
If anyone is ever unsatisfied with Tata photon service, please contact me. I am so much confident on this brand that it is an open challenge from my side not from Tata--If you are not satisfied with Tata photon.
I will get you the new connection of any data card you wish for and also pay 1 year plan charges in advance.
