While my brother had a connection that worked fine, my experience has been most pathetic in so many ways:
1.The process of getting a connection is extremely irritating. These guys call you for various things (verification, what is your address, did you get the connection, network team etc etc.) and they call at their convenience - from 7 in the morning to 10 in night - just depends on who is working in their shift, does not matter what the customer may be doing. They will call u every hour and 5 calls for the same thing by 5 different people. Even after all that, they take the money but no one has given a receipt till date after asking for it 15 times and they have added that again in my first bill. Ridiculous!
2.The connection does not work / barely works. The technician comes to check but can't figure out and says its a network problem so he wil send someone else. Network problem? But another photon card is working fine so how can that be? Anyways, its useless arguing with him
3.After about a week of getting this connection, I have no record of it - they have not sent any email or contract or receipt. I don't know what my account number is .
All in all a very very bad experience.
