It is so confusing to select the best celluar service provider as all dignified companies comes up with the promises of fulfilling big dreams.ya tata is well reputed company since years but my experience with it has shaken my trust for them.my experience with it has really bittered my dream and respect for tata as they have all together failed to fulfill basics of providing networking service...the story of my experience goes like this..... the most awaited day of any young person nowadays is valentine day and to be gifted mobile by our dearest on that very day could make our lives worth cherishing......my dear presented me this tata mobile on valentine day surprising me.i was so thrilled to have one but happiness was shortlived as I started using it .the worst thing at that time was they were not providing sms service which I was not aware of.so trying to catch my dear who had gone outstation at that time,i tried to sms him as their network was stipulated till city area but I couldnot talk.so I decided to quit this service as I found its network very weak and restrictive. moreover at that time reliance propped with dhirubhai .....offer, estimating its pro and crones I decided to go for it of course with the permission of my beloved.but later on I found his heart wounded as his gift couldnot be preserved......i really cursed tata for its poor service....... off lately my sister who is docter decided to go for tata in spite of my repeated pleading of not undergoing such poor service provider.as she couldnot find any other celluar service provider at such cheap rates (999 offer),against my well wishes she did buy motorola model offered by tata. she bought from her savings and she was happy for her first big buy from her own savings in a manner she didnot depend on her hubby.but it was very short lived as many of her patients propped up with complains of not able to reach her through cell in spite of their numerous try.......now she regrets her decisions and finds her hardearned savings go drain........ for tata it may be total business but in my both the expriences it was total emotional value which couldnot be fulfilled by them due to their pathetic servies,poor network...... as I was going through reviews to find out best serviceproviders that could offer at cheap rates,i found tata recommendation to be 0% ;i was thrilled.now I got figures to state my sis the sour fact of tata.
