I am using Tata Docomo network on my mobile phone since 4 years. Since few months I am getting zero network on my phone. I made few calls to customer care. I always get a robotic answer that you compliant will get resolved in 48 to 72 hours. But I never happens. Even I got the sms that complaint resolved.
So I wrote a email to customer care.same response.and nice trick the customer care guy called me. given fake commitment that my complaint will get resolve in 48 to 72 hours. I clearly told him not to close my complain before my confirmation but the complaint automatically get closed.
Secong trick is you will never get any answer in email. The customer care department always call you.why is it so.what are you hiding.
After so many complaints I though now I have to contact appellate authority to resolve my problem.
Even after giving four reminder every week till now I did not receive any call or correspondence form the appellate authority.
Appellate authority exist or not I dont know.
