Really an excellent service provider. Probably the network is not as good as Airtel or Vodafone but still quite good. The most important thing about this service provider is it's reliability, honesty and a very good C. care .Every time I had any quarry they stretched out their hands to help me out and that's too accurately .
I am using this network for about 7 years, not only me but my parents and my sister is also using the awesome services from Tata Docomo so from my personal experience I can tell you that this is probably the best in India. I think there is hardly any other company in India who regreats for their fault and gives back the acc. balance if it is deducted unlawfully.
About it's data speed I must say that both it's 2G and 3G speed are very good. You'll not believe but in Kolkata and many other parts of India it's data transmission speed exceeds even Airtel.What more do you want from a service privider?
