Leave about the money it was such a horrible experience I have gone through. The reason why you should never buy Docomo postpaid.
1.The will not explain you the plan details clearly when you buy, they just want to sell that's all
2.There are roaming charges, when you get free roaming in other service providers, its a bad idea to choose docomo
3.They will disconnect your out going service where you can't even make a single call but, they will generate the bill for the next month also they will stat you have used
4.No coordination between local store and the main branch when it come for bill payment and problems
5.No professionalism
6.They will annoy you by making frequent calls by different people.
My experience:
I bought Tata docomo postpaid 360 rupees plan, one month I hardly used the end of the month I got the bill of 575 instead of 360, after a long struggle I got to speak to the customer service. when I checked they put all unnecessary charges which I couldn't accept. Form the customer service nobody response to your call even if they response they will not take any action:( it led to generate the next month bill of 1030 rupees totally which I had to pay.
I started getting frequent calls from the collection department of Docomo. Don't expect one person will connect you and follow up, whoever in the team all of them ll call you and u'll have to explain your situation to every one. finally I was really fed up and decided to quit this service itself. I told them to deduct the 300 rupees from my advance so that I can pay the rest of the amount they were not ready to do that, because I paid the advance with the local store(FYI. There is no connectivity by the way the docomo people and the local store people).
My situation was like.(Docomo reps are ready to give me some waiver from the bill but they were not taking responsibility of the advance which I paid and the local store people they are not ready to provide me waiver and only if I pay the bill with them they able to deduct the 300 rupees) what a sick service. so finally. the customer should suffer in this.
It took almost 1 week for me to get the clearance on what should I do whom should I pay. finally I decided to pay directly with the Docomo collection dep. on that day a person said he will come and collect the money and he gave me the waiver of upto 500 rupees, I agreed to pay and immediately I was getting call from the different person from the same department asking for the payment and saying we cannot give waiver of 500 rupees:/ I was shocked and finally I paid to the person who gave me the waiver after collecting the receipt.
