I have been using Tata Docomo Broadband connection with Tarriff plan - DSL DS3210-New Res 2048kbps in Pimple Saudagar, Pune since last 2 years. I am paying Rs. 1567 per month for this connection.
As I many times work from home, I was looking for a fast, stable & reliable broadband connection and I must say that I am completely satisfied with the service I got from this broadband plan.
I remember, when I had applied for this connection, they installed it within 3 days itself and after that I never had to contact Customer support in last 2 years because the connection is Very Stable. It hardly went off 2 - 3 times in last 2 years and on those occasions as well it got resolved automatically within 6 - 8 ours without registering any complaint with them.
They are also delivering the speed they promised with a 2 MBPS connection. I am using a WiFi router and connect my 2 laptops and 2 mobiles on it. Still the speed which I get on all my devices is very fast even when I use it in my bedroom which is more tan 10 m away from my WiFi Router. I can stream online videos without any waiting time on this connection which confirms that the internet speed I am getting with this connection is super fast.
On the flip side, I feel that I am paying high amount to get this connection. I mean Rs 1567 per month is too high. But I heard other companies like Reliance, Airtel which are providing 2 MBPS connection in my area at lesser price of Rs 800 - 1000, are not reliable, nor stable and don't provide the speed they are promising. So, I don't mind paying extra for this Tata Docomo connection which is stable, fast and reliable and would recommend it to others.
