This Service is utterly useless, they tell this is catered over an OFC line, but its insanely low speed and never dependable. I have used this for a month. After 2 weeks of subscription, the speed came down to less than 2Mbps than the 16Mbps promised. Called Customer Care at 18002663030 several times and complained, but no one came. after 15 days I requested a disconnection, but still no one would visit or even call back. Not only this was unattended, but whoever Engineer gets assigned for customer premise visit, He will report the issue as'resolved' without even coming to my home. after 23 days, the connection became totally dead.
Sent mails till 3rd escalation matrix(Sruti, etc) but no one ever responded.
Bear in mind that, if you want to post a complaint, then you would need to waste nearly 1 hour on the Customer care number till a tele caller gets to you, because they tell they are busy with another customer. After 1 month and 5 days, I got a bill for 1 month. I've paid it promptly. By this time, I have not been using connection, tired of calling these useless people.
after 1 month and 10 days, somehow managed to raise this issue again, and asked for disconnection. but the telecaller told that you cannot disconnect this connection as you have not paid your previous bill. I was surprised.
Now, after a big scuffle, they disconnected the connection, and I was sent a bill of half month(which was never used - on a dead connection).
