Please this is my humble request.do not buy medi prime .please read below my full conversation from their officials.


Dear Mr. Agarwal and Mr. Rajan, whois replying in IRDA complaint


Here are my replies and clarification……….ME as My side reply exactly line by line of your mail.


AIG: This has reference to your below email regarding your Policy Number 0200541964 and thank you for writing to us.


ME: This Has reference to your regarding my Policy no 0200541964 and this is not the first mail …form past 2 month, I am writing mail …so ….i do not not thank you ….


AIG: At the outset, I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you on account of non-receipt of the Policy Document.


ME: At the Inset,  I also regret for the causes done by you …non receipt of my policy docx renewed while As per my renewal request dated 10th dec 2015, check was deposited and came in to realizationdated 14/12/2015 cheque no: 848295 in favour of TATA AIG GIC LTD RS:4, 304.00.


AIG: Based on your representation, the matter has been reviewed at our end


ME: Based on your Response and services, The matter Is not been solved yet at your end. While more than 20 people involvement with different reply and more than 50 mails and 100 phone calls …has been done.


AIG: and we would like to inform you that we were not in receipt of your request for address change along with the renewal cheque that was submitted by you.


ME: I also would Like to Inform you that ….you are totally telling lie .because As per my renewal request dated 10th dec 2015, check was deposited and came in to realization dated 14/12/2015 cheque no: 848295 in favour of TATA AIG GIC LTD RS:4, 304.00. I am attaching my account screen shot with this mail.


AIG: Hence, post renewal f the Policy, the renewed Policy Document was dispatched to your earlier address as updated on our records which was returned to us as undelivered.


ME: Hence ….the post renewed policy doc was not send and I have not received yet….while 17th dec 2015 was my renewal date …10th Dec 2015 I requested the renewal along with cheque and address change(My Adhaar Card Copy) . Received a message 17th Dec 2015 at 9.54 am Stated That “Dear Customer, your Policy 0200541964 has been send through Bluedart Courier, This should reach you within 7 days” I have that sms mobile screen shot”  …I never received and never got a call from bluedart, even if no any confirmation call from you weather I received the docx or not. So …your above live is also a white line of lie….


AIG:  We confirm that basis the telephonic conversation you had with our Inbound Contact Center on 31st December 2016, we arranged to update your address on our records and thereafter upon your request, the Policy Document was dispatched to your new mailing address on 13th January 2016 through Registered AD booked under reference number RM923121341IN.


ME: I also Confirm that on basis of the telephonic conversation with your call center …with details: Complaint NO.: 4355847 and 4355850…as per your above lines you write 31st dec 2016 …so correct your mistake ….its 31st dec 2015….soooooo….you see ….how sleeping you people are working …and dnt say its clerical mistake…….no ….This is the way how you handle …a mission critical policy  and health care of the innocent people………


And the above mentioned “Registered AD booked under reference number RM923121341IN” ….if you send .where its is …….where…………………………. and where is SMS ….I have three different SMS message for registered post ….


1).  is dated 21st jan 2016 at 9.40 AM with different RM no923128910IN and commit to deliver doc in 10 days


2). SMS is dated 23rd Jan 2016 at 1.05pm with different RM no923129447IN no and  also commit to deliver doc in 10 days.


3). SMS is dated 23rd Jan 2016 at 1.05pm with different RM no923129433IN no and  also commit to deliver doc in 10 days.


SO, which one is yours ….i have all the SMS’s ….so don’t trick me okkkkkk


AIG:  As you were not in receipt of the document, basis your telephonic conversation with the Grievance Redressal team on 27th January 2016, we attempted to hand deliver the Policy documents through our Jaipur branch office representative. However, we understand that you have not accepted the document and requested for Policy Cancellation with refund of the Premium paid by you. Accordingly, the policy stands cancelled on our records.


ME: yes I am not in receipt of the doc, 27th Jan 2016 … basis your telephonic conversation with the Grievance Redressal team….they said that they are recording my call right ….please send that where –when I said to cancel my policy….and I said your representative ….I need talking to someone who is designated and Authorities not the policy agents .


So, However I also understand that you still making me fool tactically and I have the screen shot of the customer panel ……you are cheating…see how my policy status was ……and shows now as well also see my profile.


AIG:  We have taken strict cognizance of the concern raised by you in your below communication and assure you that we shall look into every aspect of the feedback provided by you to avoid any such recurrence in the future.


ME: I will also take strict cognizance of the concern done by you tactically and seems that you are fooling innocent peoples and playing with life’s on the name of Health care….


I also assure you that I won’t let playing games with innocent peoples life and their hard work money, I believe on IRDA decisions with my justified compensation request as I am going through a lot of mental pain, feel cheated and been cheated, form past more than 76 days only writing mails.


AIG:   We most humbly request you to accord your decision to continue with the Policy and we shall be glad to assist you with the same.


ME: I also MOST humbly request you to take your decisions ASAP by considering my justified compensation request because till date you are only mailing and every day a new person mail I received.


I also be glad, might vesting Tata AIG Mumbai office with Dox and details till 5th of Jan 2016 and I do believe in Indian constitution and IRDA.

Hi I have an update regarding my review.just be sure that once you been cheated by this company .IRDA is also involve in this cheating syndicate .please see my IRDA complaint screen shot attached .AIG people are only copy / pasting a single mail since the date I made this complaint .and do not believe any bimAlokkrpl they are all part of this cheating syndicate .as I have also mailed .at least more then 50 time at the email address: bimAlokkrpl.jaipur@gbic.co.in  .but not a single reply I get.


So.full gangggg of cheaters .
