I have taken a Tata AIA Life Insurance Sampoorna Raksha plus plan and paid premium right away around 73K for 1cr, it was 5 premium payment plan.Very next day medical test was done by a low profile medical lab.Once medical report came they asked me to pay for rider premium 45k more, I did not convince with their report and written email to cus care cancel within 5th day of receiving the Policy as it was supervising that their is NO PHSICAL CCARE FOR EXISTING CUSTOMER, all call goes to IVR.After two day I was asked via email that I have to submit policy and form physically in nearest Brach. Beauty is they did not work in weekends, so I have taken leave from office to submit the papers.After submitting document they told me that their is changes for cancelation even in lookout period.I agreed for that.After two many follow ups they send me final deduction account Rs 4121.86 but one week later I got Rs 420.75 less amount in my credit card.I had again send email to CCare about this discrepancy they did not replied me two days after reminder they replied that their system has problem and they will get back on that issue.After 10 days of I got a response saying that your due to system error calculation was wrong so they adjusted the amount.Looking the all the scenario I feel I got cheated by TATA AIA and they don't respect either their customer. I am going to complain it to IRDA about it.Pls do not but anything from TATA AIA they completely fraud people, JUST THINK about it if they are cheating before taking insurance what could they do after after filing claim settlement?
