This is about my WORST experience for Tastykhana order on 23-Dec-13.
1.Order was placed at 8:20 and it showed very high delivery time and promised at 9-34 PM. It was finally delivered at 10:15 PM when I had already started my car to move out for dinner as I would not get food outside also.
2.The order was completely messed up. One item was missing from the order even though it was billed and I had paid online for it. One other item was modified and paid extra amount for that - it was also missing. I lost money for those items. Also, all food was so cold like an ice-cream - just to be thrown in dustbin. We had to sleep hungry on Sunday night due to this.
3.There is no call center where we can do followup. Tastykhana no is not shown anywhere(you need to search on Google to find no - it is not shown anywhere). When I called them for order status, it plays an advertisement and then, shuts call off. They have chat facility for order status but, no response at all.
To summarize, worst experience in my life - I lost money on food which is never served (paid online so no choice), food to be thrown in garbage and family had to sleep hungry. (as time passed and you can not get food outside too). Please use their service only if you have the capacity to sleep hungry.
