I had bought this Symphony Winter model in last summer spending 1000 more than its off season price. I was impressed by its size and good looks. Its cooling is good, Features are ok . But I noticed one design flaw soon after my 1 year son started walking.
He or for that matter most of the kids play with Mobile, Pens, spoons etc and used to drop them into the cooler through the openings in the front. When I tried to open the cooler from back side, GOD, I need to unscrew nearly a dozen screws. Its very difficult to unscrew them . Even after you unscrew, Its horrible to open the cooler due to its really bad design.
My neighbor had a Kenstar Turbo cool cooler which can be easily opened for repairs. But as he complained that his Kenstar's Motor need to be lubricated occasionally and I observed that inner parts like motor cover etc catching rust, I went for Symphony.
Overall, Symphony brand is good but the model I had selected has the above major design flaw. Only experienced service men can open it to remove any dropped objects. However, Symphony is worst in after sales service. I recommend Sumo model which I think can be opened easily if u want to stick with Symphony due to its quality.
Finally, Never buy this particular Symphony Winter Model.
