Iam from Indore, working as a government employee at Indore itself. I bought this cooler 8 months back from a centre in Indore itself. Initially its performance was good and I felt really satisfied with the product. Later on by about 6 months some or the other problems began. Firstly when the cooling was adjusted on the regulator and low cooling was chosen, the cooler started to produce some unpleasant sound that was so irritating that I could not feel like sleeping.
2 months before I encountered some problem with the fan's blade and I wanted a spare one. I called the service centre at Indore. And some official named Yogesh attended the call. He was one among the worst person I had ever phoned. He started to shout on me and told me to call to the main service centre in Ahmedabad.
While I called there the GM one Mr Kamalesh attended the call and he was talking to me as an irresponsible person. His way of talking and attitude were like he had no relation with the company. Everytime he told me contact the service centre at Indore itself.
Since 2 months I have been walking behind this spare and I feel so sad to inform you that till date I haven't received any spare one.
Its really pathetic if both the service centre's staff and the senior staffs are having the same attitude. If I had any idea that the service is like this I may not have gone for this product.
