I have purchased Symphony Sumo Cooler on 27th april 2014, it started showing some problems two days back and now has completely stopped working.
This morning at 9:45 am, I have contacted the customer services and registered my complaint. I was the first customer of the day according to Symphony Jaipur. I was assured by the local agency (Jaipur) that serviceman will arrive within first half of the day. Till 5 pm evening no one arrived. I received an sms stating that my complaint no. JP-KD.14600 has been attended to at 3:30 pm.
I was at home the whole day, how the F*K did they service the cooler without coming to my home? I immediately called the local Symphony service (Jaipur), they replied saying sir, its closing time for office, so the sms was sent to you. Don't worry sir, serviceman will reach you by tonight.
And no service guy came to attend to the problem today. All false commitments. improve you services, rather than making a fake commitment or earning a bad name.
