• A and B block are completely functional and fully occupied.

  
  

Below is the intial review posted one year back. - 10th Jan 2016

Totally there are 4 blocks in project. The 2 blocks in the backside are already constructed. One is in painting and delivery stage. Another is pending completion. My friends have bought in the block which is painted and there are no legal issues. Land and plan documents are clear and safe to invest.

Front 2 blocks are yet to be constructed. Plan sanction has been pending for these from past 6 months. am one of those who has booked in the front block and waiting to get plan sanction documents from the Builder(pending from 5 months). Probably should be available in 4 more weeks(well that's what I assume).

Update 1:

Builders Quote

"Plan we will get once we remit the amount to BBMP as mentioned in endorsement, we are arranging for the same and send u the plan ASAP." - Nov 19th

Update 2:

Builder promised that Blue Print of plan will be available last week. However there is no news of this yet.

Visited the site and can see that excavation has started for C block. C and B blocks are pending construction.
