Please don't buy anything from this website as they know nothing about customer service or product quality.
I had purchased a pair of shoes for my wife. Turns out, the sizes are not correct on the products in this website as it was very tight. So we decided to get it exchanged for the right size, but they don, t have other sizes in stock.
Now comes the real tricky part. I have to return the product myself by choosing any courier service and even pay for it! After repeated emails to their "customer service", which responds like once in 3-4 weeks, they agreed to "reimburse" me for the courier, but guess what, they give only a maximum of Rs. 100 back and that in in store credits! I cant even return the product because they don't even give you the money back for the product, its again store credit!
I advise you friends, never to buy from this place ever!
