Seldom I am compelled to give a very low rating and write such kind of review. Street Foods By Punjab Grill is one such restaurant. The reasons are mentioned below;
1) The guy who attented us was always in a hurry to get away from our table. Because of which we had to call him repeatedly to place our order.
2) Their menu concept is little different and hence we needed to understand it properly before placing the order. We were 2 couple and had to ask him thrice to properly understand so that we order properly, this irritated the guy attending to us and the way he explained was in a very rude manner. We are not stickler for perfection, however being hospitable is the core of the hospitality industry.
3) The food was also OK types, nothing exceptional. I guess the non-vegetarian dishes were quite alright, but the vegetarian dishes were too spicy and dry and not as expected.
4) While paying the bill, the guy who attented us made a mistake in swiping the amount and cancelled the transaction and crumpled the receipt and din't even inform us that he has cancelled. Though the bank had sent an sms saying that the amount has been debited, which we pointed out to him, he very arrogantly told us that banks always send such things bbut I have cancelled.
Honestly speaking we felt as if we increased the burden of the staff by going there for our Valentine's Day lunch.
Very disappointed by the way we were treated. I don't think we will go there again and also will advice my friends NOT TO GO THERE.
